Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Villa received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1983. He practiced general dentistry for eight years before receiving his post-doctoral training as a specialist in orthodontics.
Dr. Villa is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Prior to settling in Glen Allen, he was stationed at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington D.C. where he was Director of Orthodontics for the Washington metropolitan area. As a Director of Orthodontics, he was Chairman of the Dentofacial Deformity Board at Andrew Air Force Base Regional Hospital, Regional Consultant in Orthodontics and the orthodontic instructor for general residents. He has extensive experience in early treatment orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics as well as adult surgical orthodontics.
Dr. Villa is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, and the Richmond Dental Society.

Hello! I am so happy to be apart of the Villa Orthodontics family. I have been working here since October. I come from a big family, I have three siblings. Fun fact, one of those is an identical twin sister.
Hey!! I've been with Dr. Villa now for 9 years. I have 26 years of experience. I will also be one of the girls working on you in the back with him:) My daughter is 16 she has had braces as well,so I know how it is. If you ever need anything just message me and I will do everything I can to help you out!! I love working out, traveling and riding motorcycles:) See ya soon!!!
Hello! I am the Clinical Supervisor . I have over 20 years experience as an orthodontic technician and will answer questions you have regarding any aspect of your orthodontic treatment. Sometimes, you will see my smiling face greeting you at the front desk! I am married and have two sons. I love spending time with my family, friends ,going to the gym and crocheting. My oldest son graduated from VMI (2016) and is in the army. My youngest is a freshman in college (J. Sergeant) Both of my boys graduated from Atlee High School. I live in Mechanicsville. I enjoy talking and getting to know patient and parents. I love helping with the process of creating a beautiful smile!
